Job Description

AFIMAC Canada is seeking DZ Drivers for an upcoming assignment in Southwestern Ontario.

This position will require you to work 10-12 hour shifts, 5 - 6 days per week when assigned to a project

You will earn:

• $45.00 per hour before overtime
• Hotel accommodations provided when required
• $30 per day meal allowance when lodging is required
• Temporary Contract: 1-120 days

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

T o be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must be able to meet the following criteria:

• Must possess a Class DZ license.
• Clean driving abstract (no moving violations and no preventable vehicle accidents within last 2 years)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an DZ driver.
• Vacuum truck experience
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50+ pounds
• Able to work in hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to bend, twist, push/pull and lean
• Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and/or drive for extended periods of time
• Day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Able to read, write and speak English effectively
• A Canadian resident and/or legally allowed to work within Canada
