Vineyard Manager - Caldwell, Idaho

Position Overview:
Lanae Ridge Vineyard is a 62 acre vineyard near Caldwell, Idaho. The owners will be opening a new estate winery (Gem 73) in mid 2026.
The vineyard manager will be responsible for all aspects of the farming operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all vineyard functions which include but are not limited to pruning and canopy management, pest management, and harvest coordination.
Act as operator for mechanized equipment when needed.
Coordinate all farm equipment maintenance, repair, and modification.
Monitor, manage, and continually improve all aspects of grape production to maximize quality and efficiency.
Responsible for the care and management of the entire estate including all farm infrastructure.
