Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who specializes in Facebook ad content and knows how to grab attention in the very first seconds. You’ll be working with a high volume of UGC-style content and leveraging AI tools to streamline production, while also helping shape the creative direction of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content designed specifically for Facebook ads, ensuring strong hooks in the opening seconds.
• Handle high-volume editing (30–40+ videos per week) while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Apply AI-powered tools to speed up workflows and enhance video quality.
• Optimize videos for engagement, conversions, and platform best practices.
• Bring creative ideas to the table, contributing beyond editing with insights into what works in e-commerce ads.

Requirements

• Strong expertise with professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Proven experience creating Facebook ad creatives that perform.
• Heavy knowledge and hands-on use of AI tools for editing and content generation.
• Strong understanding of UGC-style editing for social media marketing.
• English proficiency B2–C1 (comfortable collaborating and communicating in English).
• Creative mindset with a focus on performance-driven content.
• Ability to work independently while hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a collaborative working style.
