Job Description

As a Server at VERDE NYC, you play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences that reflect our brand’s creativity, quality, and energy. You will ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to, and leave with a memorable impression of our hospitality. You’ll join a dynamic team where your personality, service skills, and passion for hospitality shine.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency

• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

• Provide recommendations and share knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience

• Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and restocking as needed

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service regulations

• Support training and mentoring of new service staff to uphold YEEELS standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Server or in a similar front-of-house role, preferably in high-end or fast-paced venues

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay attentive under pressure

• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellence

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus

Compensation:

• $11/hr minimum wage when tipped (tip-based, pooled via an 8-point tip system)

• $16.50/hr minimum wage without tips
