POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Revenue Manager , you’ll lead strategy and performance for a portfolio of short-term rental properties, serving as both analyst and advisor. You’ll own revenue outcomes end-to-end, configuring pricing tools, interpreting data trends, and crafting strategies that outperform the market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, finds satisfaction in mastering complex systems, and takes pride in turning data into decisive action. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor of each client’s business - balancing analytical precision with clear, confident communication.

Note: This is not a large-chain hotel revenue management role. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the short-term rental (STR) or boutique hotel space - people who understand dynamic pricing, localized strategy, and owner-level impact.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,0000 commensurate with experience, with OTE to earn upwards of $135,000
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule aligned with client needs and market activity. Standard business hours apply, with occasional adjustments to support portfolio performance or time-sensitive revenue opportunities.
