NMC Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wound & Hyperbaric Center Manager to support the Director of Outpatient Services in leading the Wound & Hyperbaric Center and ensuring the achievement of departmental and organizational goals. In this leadership role, you will assist with the operational functions of the department, including daily staff scheduling, workflow development, budget adherence, marketing support, and performance review of service line outcomes.

Support the Director of Outpatient Services in managing daily operations of the Wound & Hyperbaric Center
Assist with staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and departmental development
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and patient-centered service standards
Participate in budget planning and adherence
Collaborate on marketing efforts and performance improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners
Provide leadership in achieving departmental and hospital-wide performance goals
Promote a positive, professional, and safe care environment
Associate degree (ADN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing required
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience required
Management or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to manage multifaceted projects and day-to-day operations effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities; demonstrates tact, maturity, and flexibility
Skilled in reasoning, problem-solving, and making sound clinical and operational decisions
Effective time-management skills; able to work independently and take initiative
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all aspects of the role
Computer proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Office and software relevant to departmental duties preferred
Active Kansas nursing license required
Must have or obtain BLS certification , and must maintain current BLS status
