About The Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients across various settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, focusing on both physical and behavioral health. Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
Previous experience in a community health setting.
Responsibilities

Your ability to provide behavioral health services will be essential in addressing mental health issues and integrating them into overall patient care. Clinical assessments will be a fundamental part of your routine, allowing you to make informed decisions about treatment options.
