Pharmacy Assistant
Location Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.50/hour
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays
ROLE IMPACT: Join a fulfillment team at a specialty pharmacy focused on delivering life-saving medications with precision and speed. This hands-on role supports pharmacy operations by preparing, packing, and shipping medications while maintaining compliance and accuracy in a high-volume, dock-based environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and package medications and supplies for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and pharmacy regulations
• Verify shipping details and confirm addresses, delivery windows, and manifest accuracy
• Support pharmacy team by answering order-related queries and escalating shipping issues as needed
• Restock supplies and medications; rotate inventory including coolers and ice packs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across shipping, storage, and packing areas
• Handle daily end-of-shift procedures, including room resets, security locks, and trash coordination
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand 95% of the workday
• Willingness to work morning and/or afternoon shifts and rotating Saturdays

• 1+ year in mail service or specialty pharmacy dispensing
