Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Ashburn, VA 20147
Contract Duration: 31 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:15 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Personal Care Assistant (PCA)for an exciting job in Ashburn, VA.
ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
Help the student move safely throughout the school environment.
Follow care strategies and guidance provided by teachers, therapists, and the student’s support plan.
Maintain daily documentation of activities, care provided, and observations.
Communicate effectively with school staff, administrators, and family members regarding the student’s needs and progress.
Adhere to all safety standards, privacy guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
Male candidate preferred (based on student needs).
Prior experience supporting students or individuals requiring personal care is highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions, maintain discretion, and demonstrate patience, professionalism, and empathy.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
