Responsibilities

• Manage the entire payroll process, including payroll processing, payroll administration, and payroll services
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including payroll taxes and benefits
  
• Implement and maintain payroll software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  
• Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors
  
• Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
  
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in payroll management or a related field
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll administration, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll software
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in payroll software and technology
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
