Automotive knowledge and computer proficiency is required. The Parts Associate provides superior customer service and assistance to our internal and external customers. The Parts Associate ensures order accuracy and timely, efficient deliveries, while maintaining the necessary inventory, records, supporting promotions, and complying with environmental and safety regulations. Maintaining our inventory storage also requires the ability to safely lift up to 50lbs. This is a career opportunity with potential for growth and advancement. Must have availability to work shifts scheduled Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM to 6 PM. What we offer:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a superior customer experience to external customers and across internal departments
  • Locate and receive parts shipments
  • Receive and log parts into inventory
  • Maintain parts inventory/storage ensuring neatness, accuracy and correct stock
  • Control supplies
Qualifications:
  • Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records/orders
  • Intermediate PC Skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular, daily basis.
  • Understanding numeric filing
  • Ability to speak and listen effectively to assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Willing to complete all brand specific training
  • Maintain a professional attire and neat appearance.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
