With a strong reputation in window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, our company has built a trusted brand and a system that delivers results.
This is not a typical job — it’s a unique opportunity to become a local owner-operator, backed by a proven business model, full training, and ongoing support. You’ll start by running day-to-day operations and delivering services, then transition into managing a team and scaling the business in your market.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily operations, job scheduling, and service quality
Hiring, training, and leading a team of field contractors
Providing exceptional customer service from quote to completion
Selling services to new customers and managing relationships
Overseeing payroll, budgeting, and invoicing
Using our systems for job tracking, sales, and communication
Growing the Columbus territory through local marketing and outreach
Performing services in the field initially, with plans to transition into a full leadership role as your team grows
