✨ Position: Orthodontic Dental Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team! Whether you have hands-on experience or are early in your dental career, this role offers a great opportunity to build your skills in a positive, patient-centered environment.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assist the orthodontist chairside during various procedures, ensuring comfort and a seamless experience for patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms by organizing instruments, materials, and equipment before each appointment.
• Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments, following all safety and infection control guidelines.
• Capture clear, accurate digital X-rays as needed.
• Support orthodontic treatments including braces adjustments, wire changes, retainer fittings, and more.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patients and team members.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• Some chairside experience in a dental or orthodontic setting —externships and school experience count!
• Willingness to learn, grow, and build orthodontic skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused approach.
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a plus but not required!
