Oral Surgeon needed in York, PA

We are representing a highly respected and successful Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice located in south-central Pennsylvania, currently seeking a motivated and skilled Oral Surgeon to join their expanding clinical team. PRACTICE SCHEDULE

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

PROCEDURES OFFERED
This full-scope OMS practice features the latest technology, including 3D imaging and in-office anesthesia services. The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures:

• Dental Implants

• Wisdom Teeth Extractions

• Bone Grafting & Sinus Lifts

• Orthognathic Surgery (Jaw Surgery)

• Facial Trauma

• Oral Pathology

• TMJ Disorder Management

• Sleep Apnea Treatments

• Pre-Prosthetic Surgery

• Impacted Tooth Exposure

• PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) Applications

This role offers a unique blend of clinical independence and collaborative support within a modern, well-equipped facility with a strong referral base and high patient demand.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Tiered Collections Model: Income is production-based, scaling with monthly collections. This incentivizes growth and rewards high performance.

• Guaranteed First-Year Salary: $33,333/month minimum guarantee during the first year or the higher of collections-based pay.
