Compensation & Benefits:
Tiered Collections Model: Compensation grows with performance, supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates
Annual Guarantee: $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year (or tiered model, whichever is greater) to provide financial security while building a patient base
Debt Assistance: $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments
Relocation: Negotiable support available
Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced training, travel, and course fees
Paid Time Off: Four (4) weeks
