Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities
❖Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and presentation
❖Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storing food supplies
❖Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
❖Implement and maintain food safety standards and sanitation practices
❖Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
❖Handle cash management and POS operations effectively
❖Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
❖Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize kitchen profitability
❖Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new kitchen staff
❖Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Skills
❖Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
❖Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as dining establishments
❖Background in food service management with a focus on kitchen management
❖Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff training
❖Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards
❖Ability to manage shift operations effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
❖Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers
❖Experience in catering, banquet services, or bar operations is a plus
❖Culinary experience with a passion for hospitality and guest service
