Job Description

Salary: $55,250 - 99,875 per year Requirements:

• I have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 4 years of prior relevant experience in a software development environment (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• I am intellectually curious with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• I possess solid knowledge of SharePoint Online and collaboration tools.
• I have superior communication skills, both verbal and written, and expertise in working with high Government officers.
• I demonstrate solid presentation skills and have experience developing presentation charts.
• I am capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• I am a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret/SCI government security clearance.

• I will perform the administration of sites, libraries, and lists for SharePoint spaces across various domains.
• I will support customers and multiple teams with any service questions or issues, taking appropriate action to initiate repairs promptly.
• I will grant, modify, and remove SharePoint site access as needed.
• I will handle monthly Microsoft patching cycles to update SharePoint.
• I will address customer inquiries through ServiceNow incident tickets.
• I will support the SharePoint team lead with related technical assignments.
• I will maintain track of ServiceNow incidents and escalate them to the SharePoint lead.
• I will create a weekly activity report (WAR) outlining all work accomplished during the week.
• I will implement SharePoint templates as requested by the customer.
• I will drive clear and concise team communication and correspond accordingly with clients.

This position is hybrid, requiring me to be within commuting distance of The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, to go into the office one or two days per week. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to start. While the original posting date was 2024-10-14, I recognize that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days, with an anticipated close date no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date. The pay range for this position is $55,250.00 - $99,875.00.
