This position is primarily responsible for applying technical skills and knowledge to install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install complete residential and/or light commercial systems.
• Install residential and/or light commercial ductwork systems.
• Sheet metal work.
• Ability to work as a team and support the team members around you.
• Ability to work independently and get the job done right the first time.
• Ability to think on your feet and bring solutions to the problems at hand.
• Be on time always, and be able to speak confidently with customers.
• Willing to give and receive feedback to improve yourself, your team, and the company.

Required Credentials:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
• Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal).
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
