We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent.
This position is responsible for fulfilling all in-room requests and deliveries - such as linens, amenities, housekeeping items, and special services - in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing exceptional guest service, communicates effectively with both guests and colleagues, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Service Excellence: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring each delivery is accurate, complete, and handled with care.
- Timely Delivery: Deliver items such as extra towels, pillows, blankets, cribs, irons, and other requested amenities to guest rooms efficiently and safely.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with the Housekeeping Office, Front Desk, and Engineering to ensure requests are handled quickly and appropriately.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying Hyatt's culture of care and hospitality in every interaction.
WAGE: The wage for this position is $27.50. This is the pay rate for this position that Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications - Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
