Become an EXpert as a Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and create visually engaging materials that elevate our brand presence and support marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who combines strong creative instincts with technical proficiency and attention to detail.
Design high-quality visuals for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
Create graphic assets for both digital and print use (banners, presentations, infographics, brochures, etc.).
Work with motion or interactive design when required to enhance user engagement.
Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across different devices and formats.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time with a strong eye for detail.
5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within digital marketing or technology environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and visual storytelling skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts user experience.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving mindset.
Advanced English proficiency (C1) — able to participate confidently in design discussions and present concepts to international teams.
