Job Description

Santa Rosa Medical Center (SRMC), a 129-bed hospital in Milton, Florida, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established and growing employed orthopedic group. This is a high-volume opportunity with immediate patient access, strong referral support, and the ability to help shape orthopedic care in a rapidly growing market.

Practice & Team

• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic; surgeries performed in hospital ORs
• On-site X-ray and technician
• Dedicated MA; potential to add APP as volume grows
• Support: Full-time anesthesia, operationally efficient ORs
• Call: 1:4
• Primary Population: Adult and older adults

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon who is:

• Energetic, motivated, and growth-oriented
• Ready to hit the ground running and capture immediate patient demand
• Comfortable performing general orthopedic procedures: hips, knees, joints, shoulders, etc.
• Experienced (7–15 years preferred) but strong new graduates considered with correct skill set
