We have an immediate opening for a Field Production Manager where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective landscape services to our clients. Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct personnel and resources to provide top-notch landscape services
• Support Management in customer service, estimating, and budgeting as needed
• Support mechanics as is need with ordering and picking up parts for repairs and training field on basic equipment maintenance as directed by management
• Communicate regularly with management to understand client needs
• Ensure job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards
• Coordinate all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required for landscape services
• Inspect properties before scheduled service and prepare action plans
• Monitor irrigation systems, identify issues, and communicate recommendations
• Identify and address insect or disease problems in the landscape
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as necessary
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Work with Management to identify staffing needs and hire new crew members as needed
• Train, counsel, and develop growth plans for employees
• Provide hands-on training and support for crew members on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain and manage all required paperwork
• Order materials as needed
• Additional tasks may be required based on business needs and departmental priorities

Qualifications

• Florida Driver’s License (Required)
• Previous experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews and projects (3 Years Minimum Required)
• Experience managing daily, weekly, and monthly labor hours and expenses  (Required)
• Basic understanding of Profit & Loss Statements  (Required)
• Bilingual (Required)
• Complete knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery needed for landscaping operations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, word, etc.
• Strong safety leadership skills
