Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to perform a variety of exterior cleaning services. This role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend availability, and is an on-site position offering excellent earning potential through bonuses and commissions.

• Window Washing (Residential and Commercial)
• Gutter Cleaning
• Pressure Washing
• Building Restoration
• Caulking
• Holiday Lighting Installation
• Interior and Exterior Painting

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering these services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Hourly Rate: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience.
• Bonuses: Earn bonuses on commercial projects for meeting and exceeding goals.
• Commission: Earn commissions on residential projects.
• Earnings Potential: Technicians can average $22–$35/hour when factoring in base pay, bonuses, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all exterior cleaning services with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Safely and efficiently operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Follow company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Flexibly accommodate weekend work when business demands require it.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to work some weekends as needed.
