Join us. **Job Description** ​​​​​​ **AECOM is hosting an exclusive, invitation-only hiring event in Los Angeles, California October 29-30.** This is a great opportunity to learn and connect with AECOM for career opportunities starting Spring/Summer 2026. **The event kicks off on Wednesday evening with a networking mixer from 6-8 pm** , where you can hear from AECOM staff about various projects, career paths, and the company itself. You'll also have the chance to meet other students, recent graduates, and AECOM professionals from across our business lines. **On Thursday, interviews will take place at either our Los Angeles or Orange office.** This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and connect with AECOM for early career opportunities. _If you're a college student majoring in a field indicated below and graduating in_ **_December 2025_** _or_ **_Spring 2026_** _, we'd love to hear from you!_ + Civil, Environmental, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering + Project Management or Construction Management/ Project Engineering **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Builds analytic and design skills. + Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer. + Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer. + Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems. + Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision. **Qualifications** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** + BA/BS + none or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + BS Civil Engineering or similar field + Prior internship within transportation engineering + Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation + EIT Civil Engineering **Additional Information** + Sponsorship not provided for this position now, or in the future Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
