Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Specialist for our evening production operations. This role requires a detail-focused professional with hands-on embroidery experience who can ensure consistent, high-quality output across diverse projects ranging from custom designs to large-scale orders.

Essential Duties

Production Operations

• Set up, calibrate, and operate embroidery equipment with precision
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance
• Monitor production workflows to maintain quality and efficiency standards

Design & Technical Work

• Convert customer artwork into production-ready embroidery files through digitizing
• Properly hoop various fabric types while maintaining correct alignment and tension
• Execute quality control inspections on all finished products

Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with design and production teams to resolve technical challenges
• Maintain detailed production logs including material usage and project timelines
• Ensure workspace organization and adherence to safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Previous embroidery specialist experience required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with embroidery machines and digitizing software
• Quality Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Adaptability: Ability to interpret design specifications and make necessary adjustments
• Efficiency: Strong time management skills with capability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
• Flexibility: Comfort managing variable workloads and meeting tight deadlines
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
