Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Disclosure & Operations Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to start a long-term career in the mortgage industry. You’ll primarily assist with the loan disclosure process, making sure documents are accurate and compliant, while also being cross-trained to help with other key operational functions such as processing support, file management, and client communication. Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and sending initial and updated loan disclosures
Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with loan officers, processors, and clients to gather needed information
Help track and document the progress of active loans
Support various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Learn and apply compliance and mortgage regulations through hands-on training

Qualifications:

No prior mortgage experience required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and data entry
Team-oriented and eager to learn
Reliable, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow within the company
