Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
📍 Washington, DC Area | 💼 Hybrid

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across a growing, Tech SaaS company.

You’ll lead the budgeting and forecasting process, build executive dashboards, and provide financial modeling (3 – Statement) and decision support for strategic initiatives, including M&A.

What You’ll Do

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear performance narratives
• Partner with business leaders to support pricing, product launches, and operational decisions
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
• Lead cash flow forecasting and support capital planning
• Develop and mentor FP&A team members
• Optimize systems and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on M&A due diligence and valuation modeling

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and KPI development skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI tools required
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred
