The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (GRC) is an independent risk management function, led by the Chief Risk Officer, with the objective of ensuring that American Express operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. GRC creates and maintain the overall risk management framework, performs independent risk management assessment, and monitor risks. The Director Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Technical Risk Management (TRM) organization by contributing to overall business planning, team management and strategic development. The role will also entail significant relationship management with the organization’s Leadership Team and other key Blue Box stakeholders globally. The Director Assistant is an integral part of the Technical Risk Management Leadership Team and will report directly to the SVP, Technical Risk Management. Job ResponsibilitiesSalary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
