Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers (Owner-Operators with High Roof Cargo Van or Small Box Truck)

We are seeking reliable and experienced Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to join our logistics team. If you own a high roof cargo van or small box truck and have a proven track record with delivery work — this is a great opportunity for steady, rewarding work.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages and load your own vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Follow all delivery protocols and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Maintain professional communication with the dispatch team throughout routes.
• Monitor delivery progress and promptly report any issues or delays.

Requirements:

• Must own a high roof cargo van or small box truck (in good working condition).
• Previous delivery experience required — experience with Amazon, FedEx Ground, UPS, or similar strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 100 lbs).
• Must have your own hand truck/dolly and necessary delivery tools.
• Reliable smartphone for route management and communication.
• Must carry proper commercial insurance for your vehicle.
• Owner-operators are responsible for all vehicle maintenance and operating expenses.
