Senior Helpers is urgently hiring for experienced Caregivers. Senior Helpers is the first and only national in-home care provider to receive certification as a Great Place to Work voted by Employees. By providing care to our clients, our Caregivers make a direct impact on helping in the comfort of their own home. Senior Helpers is looking for Caregivers for a variety of day shift hours, starting at 2 hour visits up to 6 hour shifts. Senior Helpers provides our clients with care in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Nursing Homes, as well as Residential In-Home Care.

CURRENT OPENINGS INCLUDE:

4-9pm (Monday to Friday) in Wayne, PA 8-12pm (Sat and Sun) in Wayne, PA 8-1pm (daily) in West Chester, PA 8-5pm (Fri and Sat) in Coatesville, PA Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Caregiver Requirements:

• One year of previous caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Able to pass Criminal Background Check
• TB Test Required: 2 Step PPD, Quantiforum or a Chest X-Ray
• Social Security Card
• Must be able to work with male and female clients
• Comfortable with cats and dogs
• Comfortable with clients that smoke
• Able to take clients out in personal vehicle for errands, appointments, outings, and procedures when required.

Caregiver Job Duties Job Duties are subject to change based on client’s personalized care plans but are not limited to

• Able to drive and has a clean, reliable car.
• Able to hold conversations with others.
• Enjoys shopping, errands, etc
• Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care
• Housekeeping – dusting furniture, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms.
• Cooking – preparation of meals for clients.
• Enjoys interaction: playing games, coloring, listening to music, reading to others.
