Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Dispatcher/ Call By Call Manager who thrives in the middle of the action. Your Role As the Dispatcher, you’ll be the operational hub — managing service calls in real time, dispatching technicians, analyzing ticket performance, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming HVAC and plumbing service calls in real time
Dispatch technicians based on availability, proximity, and job priority
Conduct post-call reviews with technicians on job performance and ticket details
Provide field support, pricing guidance, and quick decision-making when needed
Communicate with customers for scheduling, updates, and satisfaction follow-up
Track job progress, materials used, and technician productivity metrics
Collaborate with the office team for accurate billing and customer records
Identify upsell opportunities and coach technicians to improve performance
Maintain daily summaries and logs to measure success

What You’ll Need

Prior experience in dispatching, service coordination, or call center operations (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Familiarity with plumbing or HVAC service terminology is a plus
Comfortable using scheduling software and CRMs (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
Team-focused mindset with a customer-first attitude
