Title: Associate Dentist- Springfield, Illinois- Established, Patient Centered Practice

Location: Springfield, Illinois

Status: Full Time (4 days/week)

Pay: $200,000-$400,000

You are:

• Confident : Ready to make sound clinical decisions, own your treatment planning, and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
  
   
• Energetic & Fast-Paced : You bring enthusiasm to the practice, keep up with a busy schedule, and enjoy a “no standing still” environment.
  
   
• Adaptable : Comfortable jumping into new systems and quickly becoming integral to the team dynamic.
  
   
• Emotionally Intelligent : Self-aware, empathetic, and proactive in gracefully navigating interpersonal dynamics and stress.
  
   
• Professional & Humble : Holds high standards for clinical excellence while staying grounded, teachable, and respectful toward the team.
  
   
• Interested in IV sedation: Already certified or willing to get certified in IV sedation.  

Our Practice and Culture:
Our practice is a busy, well-run general practice growing steadily through word of mouth and patient loyalty. We focus on high-quality work, staying on schedule, and treating people right. With restorative, preventative, and surgical care, including extractions, implants, and sedation, we can serve the majority of our patients in-house.

You’ll be joining two experienced doctors, a strong group of assistants and hygienists, and a veteran support team that knows how to keep things moving. The systems are dialed in, the staff is cross-trained, confident in selling large treatment plans, and the handoffs between clinical and admin teams are seamless. We’re seeking someone who wants to step in, learn how we operate, and grow.
