What You'll Do:
🎯 Strengthen vendor and supplier relationships through timely and accurate payments
📋 Review invoices for documentation, accuracy, and proper budget coding prior to payment
📦 Coordinate with departments to confirm completion or delivery before payment processing
📊 Perform data entry for invoices and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance
🧾 Reconcile credit card statements and generate purchase orders when needed
💰 Process checks, payment requests, and wire transfers per company signing authority
⚙️ Maintain compliance with Nevada Department of Taxation and Massachusetts Department of Revenue requirements
🤝 Assist senior financial officers with special projects and reporting needs
What We're Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
✅ Understanding of math, finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
✅ Strong time management, attention to detail, and confidentiality skills
✅ Ability to identify discrepancies in financial data and reporting
✅ Experience in accounts payable or receivable (construction accounting a plus)
✅ Proficiency with accounting software and online platforms
