Job Description

(1) Master high-quality provenance

1. according to the new variety trial demonstration planning, responsible for the specific implementation of the division of labor area;
2. Regular observation and recording of trial demonstration sites in the division of labor area, and output stage reports;
3. Screening trial demonstration sites and varieties with excellent market performance for small and medium tests;
4. Organize and compile the characteristics of the candidate varieties and the key points of cultivation technology.

(2) Seed promotion technical support services

1. Participate in seed promotion in the division of labor and provide relevant technical support services;
2. Provide technical guidance and training to dealers and growers, and promote improved varieties and good methods;
3. Respond to the consultation of technical problems in the planting process in a timely manner and give answers;

(3) Standardized planting of sunflower

1. Actively cooperate with the preliminary research, cooperation content and form negotiation of the regional cooperative planting project in the division of labor;
2. Track the planting process, learn practical experience, and combine theory to accumulate and precipitate planting technology.

(4) The key pests and diseases to overcome

1. learn the main diseases and pests of sunflower identification, prevention and control related knowledge;
2. Responsible for the specific implementation and process management of experimental research projects;
3. According to the process record and data analysis, output the summary report.

(5) Domestic/foreign planting expansion

1. Cooperate with the person in charge of the technical group to conduct preliminary research, collect data and materials, and sort out the first draft of the research report;
2. According to the determined project and technical plan, track the planting process, the implementation of technical requirements and data records.
