Your technical duties involve the design and development, analysis, and test of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations - with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor's of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or other related discipline and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience + The ability to obtain and maintain aSecret U.S. Security Clearanceis required + Must have been a summer 2025intern + Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices + Familiarity with Computer Aided Engineering tools and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) + Some experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Exposure to Engineering Simulation such Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Thermal Analysis using tools such as StarCCM or CFD++. + Understanding of aircraft external loads, aircraft performance and stability and control. + Familiarity with wind tunnel and aircraft flight test. + Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry + Understanding of system-level static and dynamic modeling and simulation + Exposure to aircraft stability principles and control system design and analysis + Knowledge of industry standard aerospace principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, fundamentals of flight mechanics This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.
